This way, the roots will have mascara and the lashes will not get heavy with the product. It will also not allow your lashes to curl and thus give your eyes a fuller and bolder look for long.

However, if you go by the advice of many makeup gurus and artists, the best way to keep your lashes curled up for long is that you should apply waterproof mascara first and then apply your regular mascara.
